1. Wet your scalp and hair thoroughly.
2. Pour a small amount of shampoo directly onto your scalp and close the bottle lid.
3. Using your scalp scrubber, gently massage every part of the scalp for 2–3 minutes. The Scrubber is designed to gently exfoliate the scalp, removes buildup, and stimulates blood flow to the hair follicles, which can encourage healthier hair growth and reduce dandruff.
4. Rinse thoroughly until your scalp and hair are free of product.

Tip: One wash is usually enough for a clean, balanced scalp.

How to use the packaging:

Place the shampoo bottle into the scrubber from the top. It gets attached well into the bottle.

Once the shampoo is over replace ur next bottle inside the scrubber.

6. Is this sulphate-free? Safe for coloured hair?

7. How long does one bottle last?

About 20 washes, depending on hair length and thickness.
Because the shampoo dispenses directly onto the scalp, there’s very little product waste.
When it runs out, replace only the shampoo refill.
The scrubber stays with you.

8. Do I still need a conditioner?

You can use conditioner on the lengths and ends if your hair is dry or colour-treated.
Apply from mid-length down — never on the scalp.
Scalp Reset already supports the scalp with Pro-Vitamin B5 and Amino Acids.
Applying conditioner on the scalp can create buildup, which is one of the main causes of flakes and oil imbalance.

9. Is it safe for teenagers?

Yes — it’s suitable for ages 14+.
The formula is gentle and designed for regular use, even for active lifestyles.
