Order
Once you place your order, we'll notify you with an order confirmation via email as soon as possible. We usually take 1-2 working days to proccess orders.
*Please note this time may be higher in cases of high-demand periods like holidays.
We provide free express shipping within India on all prepaid orders above INR 2000.
Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customercare@flurth.com to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.
You will receive a mail with shipment details. It will include the shipment number/AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can also write to us atorders@flurth.com
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and weekends. It takes 5-7 days after the order has been processed for items sent by standard shipping to arrive. It takes 2-3 days affter the order has been processed for items sent by standard shipping to arrive.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us on orders@flurth.com.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.
If the package is still not found, we will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
Shipping & Returns
We levy a fee of INR 100 for standard shipping and handling charges. You can also opt for express shipping by paying a fee of INR 200.

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at orders@flurth.com. with images of the product. We will arrange for pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
We want all our Flurthies to be absolutely happy and satisfied with their products. This is why we offer a 10 day exchange and return policy on all unopened/sealed items purchased directly through our website.
To return a product, please send an email to return@flurth.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing
If you are shipping an item we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
If you haven't received your refund after 5-10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@flurth.com

We always suggest subscribing to our emails to ensure you are getting first-access to new products, promotions, and news. Limited Edition products should be clearly marked. In general, when these go out of stock, it’s for good.
If you haven’t signed up for our emails – please do! We will let you know about latest launches, news and offers. While we may not offer discounts often, our kits and gift sets are a great way to receive multiple products at a value.
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Flurth reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact customer service.

Our first priority is always the safety and effectiveness of the formula. Our packaging is made of 50% PCR plastic (Post consumer recyclable plastic).
There products are sepecifically formulates for girls from 15 to 35yrs of age. As we grow our skin changes and so do the needs of our skin and we will be coming up with or next line targeting skin type specific to age based skin needs.
No, we do not test our products on animals, including.. although we think they could use the help!
While Flurth aims for its products to be as natural as possible, it is far more important that the ingredients in them be effective and safe for your body and skin. Plenty of natural ingredients are irritating, so we consistently formulate our products with soothing, low-hazard ingredients — regardless of their natural or synthetic status.
Over time, we have found that a small number of low-hazard synthetic ingredients are essential to maintain the efficiency, color, and stability of a high-performance line. We strive to be as safe as possible while providing the most efficacious skin care available.
Gift Card
To purchase a gift card, please add the item in the desired denomination to your shopping bag. Gift card codes will be emailed to the purchaser after the transaction is completed. You may choose to print or forward the gift card confirmation email to the recipient. Please note, Afterpay can not be used to purchase a gift card or on orders containing gift cards.
Gift cards may be redeemed in the check-out process by entering the gift card code in the text field labeled “Gift Card or Discount Code” in the right-hand column.
If you would like to return a gift, we can provide a site credit for the value of your return if the item shipped directly to you.
